NAV Connection Day

On February 16 the Belgian Dynamics Community organizes a connection day dedicated to Dynamics NAV. So, to all NAV enthousiasts out there: get ready to be enlightened by the possibilities of the Dynamics NAV Client Extensibility and .NET Interop.

Thursday November 8 we have an exciting Connection Day planned with three hot topics. Guus Krabbenborg, partner in Dutch based consulting company Partner Master Class will be talking about delivering Dynamics in the cloud, Eric Wauters will inform you on how to integrate NAV 2009 R2 on Windows phone 7 and Tim Schaeps from Cap Gemini will talk about all the new tricks that CRM R7 can do. Stephan Monsieur of PTC asks the question weither PLC is more important than erp.

Connection Day AX 2012

Thursday November 24 will be a Dynamics AX Only Connection Day! With the release of Dynamics AX 2012, Microsoft has proven that it is ready for the Enterprise. Press releases and Analyst reports do confirm that Dynamics AX 2012 is a major step forward.

Dynamics AX 2012 include new supplier relationship management and case management capabilities, a new constraint-based product configurator, and public-fund accounting, as well as support for project quotation and budget control for service businesses. As customers transition to cloud computing models, the update also provides direct access to Windows Azure public cloud services such as Rapid Start, Site, Payment and Commerce services.

Meanwhile, AX 2012 also provides improved support for multi-entity capabilities, along with embedded business intelligence and reporting.

We will have 4 tracks in total: 2 functional tracks provided by Delaware & Ad Ultima & 2 technical tracks by provided by Czesława & Davy from Microsoft.

Microsoft Belgian Dynamics career moves

Joeri Van Vooren and Tom Braekeleirs, both account managers, left the Belgian Dynamics team to chase other challenges inside Microsoft Belgium. They will be replaced by Renaat Himpe and Annick Devarrewaere.
